If history proves anything, rumors kill. In a world where rumors are 70% more likely to spread than the truth, young people trust confidence over accuracy. That’s why my creative partners, Rahael Atkerson, Ooreoluwa Okediji, and I wanted to reimagine the Salem Witch Trials with Google Gemini. “Now That’s Sourcery,” shows that questioning sources can turn into a lifesaving teaching moment. This piece received a 2026 Young Ones Merit Award out of 11,000 entrants worldwide.
